What is the diagnosis and what treatment should be considered?
Diagnosis: Cutaneous Mastocytosis = Urticaria pigmentosa characterized by oval redbrown macules and papules on the trunk and extremities.
Diagnosis is established by demonstrating a positive Darier’s sign (urticariel respons after slightly trauma) and by biopsy.
Treatment using PUVA light terapy and systemic steroids might reduce the clinical signs.
Examination to rule out internal involvement are needed
